The Kung Fu Center Home of the Peaceful Warriors offers the highest level of traditional Kung Fu training for people of all ages and experiences. Our friendly and open atmosphere makes us an ideal choice for beginners, families, fitness enthusiasts, and experienced martial artists. The instructors at our schools are professional martial artists who have a passion for teaching and motivating their students to achieve their best – inside and outside of the training studio.

Our name says a lot about who we are as a group of individuals. The student body of the Peaceful Warriors is made up of people of all professions, ages, and creeds. But we all come together to train as a group and family, to grow and learn about ourselves together. Kung Fu to us represents a striving to improve oneself in all aspects of our lives. The Kung Fu Center provides a safe place for people to come and learn traditional Chinese martial arts, but we emphasize that training and personal growth are more than just physically hitting a punching bag and performing a form. We see growth as a total improvement in our physical, mental, emotional, and even spiritual selves. A Peaceful Warrior is someone that understands that the true battles of life occur primarily within our own selves, and with the proper training and discipline, we all can make the right choices to either avoid trouble, or to get out of it quickly. We believe that if someone
has to resort to violence immediately, than no matter what, they have already lost - no matter the outcome.

We believe that martial arts are more then just a way of defending oneself from the bullies and the predators of the world. It is an art form that allows for individuals to develop a strong sense of self and a strong belief in their own abilities. When a person no longer has to fear for their own safety because they can now defend themselves, it gives them freedom to grow as an individual - to explore and enjoy the life that they have been given. Yet, we still must maintain humility of self; for we always have areas that we can improve on to cultivate compassion for all of life in its many different forms.
